Internship: Spring 2024

During the Spring semester of 2024, I completed an internship with BMW Manufacturing in Human Resources Marketing and Recruiting.

During the semester, I had to write a thesis paper related to my internship as a summary of my degree. I decided to write my paper on the French car companies Renault and Peugeot, as well as BMW, comparing their history, structure, company culture, values, and marketing to determine the strategies each company could adapt to continue to expand their international presence.
